I'm an 18 year old woman. My weight is starting to sneak up on me and I don't like it so it was time for a change. I want to join the Air-force in July or August and I want to be fit and ready for anything they hit me with. In order to fulfill my goals I know I need to shed some pounds and I feel Fatsecret with help me to keep track and to keep me accountable.
