In 2007, I started working at an office & since then have gained a bunch of weight. I used to work at jobs where I moved around a lot more, so that was the major change. I've gone up in size & most of my pants don't fit. The muffin top is outta control. I now weigh more than I did at the peak of my pregnancy, 20 years ago. My last weigh in before today was almost three years ago, right before I started school, so I was going to school full time after work, which was also full time. Plus a bunch of drive time and hours of homework. I started gaining more weight that year & after I quit school, I got another job where all of the work was on computer, which didn't help. At that most recent job, I would walk on my breaks and lunch most of the time, weather permitting because I didn't like all the sitting. Now I have moved across the country to a place where the snow is crazy, so I feel stuck inside, but I have started to do little exercises here and there, as well as play the sports on kinect, so I hope that helps me. I want to feel better and fit my clothes properly.

adding recipes
I tried adding a recipe, but they haven't accepted it yet. I didn't add a picture to it, so that might be why. Next time I make that meal I will take a picture & will see if they accept it after that. So far it's just in pending status.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself every Friday morning and it's been good for me. I know I would get discouraged if I weighed everyday & saw fluctuations. I feel like the once a week weigh in is something to look forward to & I can look back at my habits from the previous week & plan my next week from there.

Music Suggestions for Running
Justin Timberlake's first album was really good. Lately I usually listen to alot of K-pop. People like Big Bang, Bi Rain, and BoA. Also Show Lo, who is a Cantonese pop star is a good one. As soon as I check out my ipod, I can list the songs in particular that I use.

Better to work out at night/morning?
I'm more likely to exercise in the evening, because it is sooo hard to wake up earlier to do so. Plus I prefer showering at night. When I do exercise in the evening, I don't feel like it makes me too pumped to sleep, though I know everyone is different.
