Analyze food intake
Just curious ... does anyone know a way on this site or another where you can put in what you ate in a day or a week and it can sort of give you the whole big picture analyzed? Like if I wanted to see that over a week, I'm getting too much sodium and not enough Vitamin A... that type of thing? Appreciate any advice anyone has on where to look for something like that.
