performance: losing 0.5 lb a week
I would like to stop the lose 40# gain 50# cycle. I'm a mom to a 7 year old son and a 4 year old daughter and I would like them to learn good habits so they don't have to struggle with their weight like I did/do. I played college hockey and am ashamed of how fat I've gotten. My goal is to log my food every day and make smart choices. If I slip I need to pick myself right back up. I have to remind myself that this is a LONG term process and I can't just wish the weight away!
