Atkins Advance Bars - Yum
I also like the Atkins bars very much. You have lots of will power yfinley. Once I open up a bar is it gone in a flash. I have been told by many that the bars stall weight loss so I try to avoid them. But often in to the temptation.
Very impressive on the weight loss. Keep up the good work! Take care.

Hi Bamamojo, I love foundation veggies also. I have a very limited menu because that makes it easier for me. I usually prepare two days worth of meat. I like chicken and tilapia and in veggies I like romaine lettuce, broccoli, mushrooms, persian cucumber, and spinach. For me keeping a limited items on my menu makes it easier for me. I think next week I will start having some green beans and few other veggies.
I also love the Atkins bars , they are perfect when you are on the go or if you are craving something sweet. However, I've been told that they really hinder weight loss and I have experieced that in the past with protein bars in general. So I try to limit it, but it does not always work. Everyone is different, see how you do. Good luck! Smile

Hi Bamamojo,
I'm also on Atkins Induction. I also started on Jan 31. This is the first time I ever tried Atkins and so far I really like it a lot. It's working for me. I plan to stay on Induction for sometime. Good luck with your weight loss journey.

Much love,
Sophia
