In the past, I've lost weight, reached my ideal weight, then gained it back each time. This time, my goal is to reach my goal slowly and focus on health rather than weight. My weaknesses are Mexican food, especially chips and salsa! Yum! Oh, and French bread, red wine & cheese. This time around I've exercised more and eaten healthier than ever and feel great!

** Oct. 2012 - off for two week vacation **
** Nov. 2012 - Whew! Back from our two week vacation. I did not do very well with food or exercise. I had trouble finding good food choices in the foreign countries. I also had to hunt for workout options but did exercise some. **
**Winter 2012- back on track with healthy food and exercising routinely
2013 - goal this year is to lose a bit more and learn to maintain which is something I've never been able to do. Weight in the 130s really feels good but an extra 3-5 lbs makes a huge difference in the way I feel and my new clothes fit.
