What is better for losing weight: weightlifting or jogging?
Weight lifting and joging both are good but I am prefer jaging.

Jogging is similar to walking in that it can be done anytime and anywhere.
Jogging controlled in heart, improves muscle strength and relieves stress.
Jog is time conviniant.
Morning joging good air availble.

I've given some numarical information accuracy..that chicken and other meats lose about 30% weight after they have been cooked.weight food before of after cooking changed.

My opinion to get slim by naturally like drink lots of water avoid junk food have at least five miles a walk in the morning and control your diet.
