Okay, so I've started yet again trying to lose weight.
This time I'm trying a different approach. I'm not buying or cooking anything different than I do when I'm not on a diet. I'm simply going to eat
very
small portions, keep the snacking under control, and stay between 1000-1500 calories a day. I will eventually eliminate eating at all after 7:00 pm.
I'm going to get in some kind of continuous exercise at least 15-30 minutes a day...whether it is bicycling, gardening, dancing around the house or a combination of activities.
I find when I'm on a diet I think about food constantly and I'd like to break that habit. I'm hoping eating like this will become a new habit that will keep the weight off without thinking about it.
