Growing up I never had to watch my weight. I was so skinny that my Mom put me on Weight On tablets to gain weight. About five years ago I had a hysterectomy and it has been additional pounds every year since then! I have a job where I meet with clients so there is a lot of dining out.

I appreciate your feedback on reaching my goals
