My fat burn this time around
I have moved between 14stone (196lb) and 18 stone (252 lb) more than 6 times over the past 30 years. In the past I've lost weight by running, starting in extreme anguish and improving to marathon standard - 2 years fit, then bored, stop and pile the weight back on. At 57 my knees have surrendered and running is out.
I found this App in early January 12 and by the 18 th February I've lost 26 lbs by dieting and golf. Started at 232lbs and now 206lbs. If your serious about losing weight get this App and trust it.

Weight Loss Theory and Practice
This app and web site is stunning!!!. I'm the type of chap that puts on 4 stone over 3 years then has to endure the agony of four months getting it back off by running like Forest Gump - but not any more.
I'm now 57 and my joints are too old so I neede to try an alternative for losing weight. I have been on a diet since Jan 1st and have to date lost 24lbs purely by using my app to watch cals and getting in some walking and cycling. I will hopefully reach my target weight within another two to three weeks which is far quicker than I ever lost weight by running (and dieting) alone.
Mind blowing so thanks Fat Secret for this app and web.
