Fox News and HCG Diet
This diet has been around since I was 12, I am now 53. My mother had me in every fat farm or program there was. This plan really has nothing to do with the hormones. It is a lifestyle change and the injections are basically a placebo, to help keep you focused and to fool yourself into thinking it works. What works is cutting back on food and your way of eating. It's not they we stop and gain the weight back, it's that we don't imbed the new eating patterns firmly in our brains. Hasn't anyone figured our yet, that if anything that cost money actually worked, there would be no fat people? It's about your mindset, and how you view food. Some treat it like it's a relationship, not fuel. I will won't be back to view your bashing, just wanted to pipe in...

Keeping it Off - life after weight loss
What if you counted calories on even days, and ate what you wanted on odd days? It's a tough call, when I don't know what really works for you the best. We all metabolize differently, and you know your trigger foods that put you in danger. The key for you, is that you work out, and have muscle, so you can burn fat even when sleeping. I do not work out because of my leg...

When I have been on maintenance before, I keep a strict regime for 6 days, and eat what I want on one of them. It worked before, but now that I am older, I will have to keep tweeking options till I have something that works without putting too much thought into it.

It's just a diet, not a religion
I am sweating bullets [or is that fat Wink] as this has been a "friendly" competition/race for a long time as we have both lost about the same amount. I think you're going going to beat me, but Lord knows, you're truly an ispiration to me.
