Hello. I'm 21 and pushing 150lbs. I'm not exersising as I used to. I'm not full of energy as before. I'm sluggish and am out of breath walking up the 2 flights of stairs to my apartment.

I'm going to follow the blood type diet as closely as I can limiting my daily calorie intake.

Hopefully I'll reach my goal weight before the date I picked!

Wish me well.

Late night eating.
i don't wake up hungry but i don't go to bed till super late...i do yogurt (vanilla flavored so it's kinda sweet but nothin i'll regret), or oranges. i just tried this new thing, go get a bag of frozen fruit you like and thaw out like 2 1/2 cups and blend it with a little cool whip. put that in one of those already made grahm cracker pie crusts and freeze it. and when you want something sweet with a little tart cut a slice put a little dab of cool whip on top and enjoy!

Is there a list of the same beneficial foods for A as well as B?
unfortunately there isn't that i have found out of. i'm type A and my husband is B and i just sat down and made copies of the two lists and went down and compared them and the ones that were similar i highlighted and then typed into my blackberry so when i'm grocery shopping i can glance down and know that what i'm buying both of us can deffinately eat. my mom ordered a mini list that has highly beneficial on one side and the avoids on the other and they make them for all blood types and so i have one and he has one so when we are out or arent' together and are going to eat something he knows what he can and cannot have. and the neutrals aren't on the lists so those that aren't there we just intake in moderation. Smile hope that helps. oh and make sure you look at the spices that he cannot have. like type b can't have cinammon, so when i make oatmeal i make it plain and then add the cinammon to mine instead of mixing it all together.

this is the list i came up with for highly beneficial foods for both A and B

MEAT
NONE!

SEAFOOD:
cod
mackerel
monkfish
pickerel
salmon
sardine
sea trout

OIL AND FATS:
olive oil

CEREALS:
oat bran
oatmeal
spelt

VEGETABLES:
broccoli
carrots
collard greens
mushrooms

FRUITS:
cranberries
pineapple
plums (dark, green, red)

JUICES AND FLUIDS:
pineapple juice
green tea

SPICES:
ginger
parsley
