Yesterday I drove my son to Wpg to catch his plane home, a friend came with us and so we dragged him around shopping for a while before he had to be to the airport..

Did lots of walking, got some really good buys at Northern Reflections, they had 25% off everything in the store and double friends points... Bought two really nice tops and tried on large but it was TOOO BIG... even the medium was big, but I knew the small would be too snug in the breast area.... pants were a size 8 and they were loose, I should have tried the 6, but they would have been snug... so one size at a time....

For lunch we had some broccoli and s & s pork.. then walked most of it off...we just ate at the food court in St. Vital

Went to Costco and I can't believe it but my bill was just over $100... that's a first I think... It is usually 3 X's that....

The weather was great, the shopping good and the company exceptional...

We stopped at Tim Hortons in Steinbach for a quick pee break and I only got coffee... not my usual cappuccino as theirs is high in calories and pts..

Today, I am going to try to have a low pts day.. I have lots of fruit and veggies at hand... so I hope that is the kind of day it will be.....

Soooooo today was not a good day nutrition wise... I got up late and had 2 hash browns for breakfast... then I ate an apple danish for lunch and had a chocolate bar (mini one) for a snack... My body must be craving something and I seem to be giving in to the demands... Oh well... I am going to have a healthy supper or at least semi healthy...

I'm thinking I might just miss the daily weigh in tomorrow...

Tomorrow I will get right back on track and try to keep the points low... lots of veggies and lots of water...

I will get on the treadmill tonight and try to but at least 500 calories..

Cleaned and did laundry today and yesterday was a PD day at work so no one was there.. and I cleaned out the supply room most of the day... that was not fun..(I think I'm going to put a lock on the door and not let anyone in there)... then had to get reports ready for Monday... so I was really busy and very productive...

Helped my son build a hunting hut yesterday evening.. we started around 7 and were finished by around 10 p.m. ..He was shingling it in the dark last night....nothing like spot lights to brighten up the sky....

So to take a line from "As the Calories burn.." that's the kind of day it was....
