I was my heaviest 8 years ago at 215lbs. At that point I did the Atkins Induction and lost 35 lbs. (I also lost interest in eggs served with cheddar cheese! Variety is key people!) Since then I have been between 167-185lbs and I have always had a few low carb meals throughout the week. Right now I am making a better commitment to the whole diet and I hope to go through each phase. My big plan is to follow the diet using all natural foods, focusing on colourful vegetables and natural meats AND avoiding sugar and artificial sweeteners (not including stevia). The 170's have been a long standing plateau for me and I would really like to break out of it and work my way down into the 150's sometime this summer.
