Hi
I'm 36 yrs old and my struggles with yo-yo dieting started about 10 yrs ago ! Have been struggling with the same 25 lbs - up and down - up and down.
I want to get to my "ideal body weight" as I want to stay healthy without chronic ailments (plus of course, I want to look good in my clothes! :) I have a family history of high blood pressure and diabetes.
I was at my lowest weight as an adult just before I got pregnant ; in fact I got pregnant after losing about 25 lbs - gained a lot of it back soon after...
I love this website and it really motivates me!
