I'm down two lbs since Monday! I lost half of the holiday weight gained. WOOHOO! I didn't go off plan but portion control went out the windown. I don't have any new years plans. Probably to bed early since that's what happens when you near 50...LOL. I can't run with the big dogs anymore.
