why can't this be easier
Man this is my worst week yet couldnt seem to keep it on track. Never missed a workout or a run all week but no weight loss. Just couldnt keep the cals down but all well be ok. My loss goal for this week is going to be 9 lbs I know its alot but I know its all about what i eat!
good luck everyone! And dont for get we all rock cause we are tring!
