Joggin is jarring =
I am currently training for a 5K which will take place in around 4 weeks. Everytime I begin to jog, it jarrs my bladder. I'm having to stop more than once along my route and "find a bush" this is NOT going to be an option on my 5K route.. It's quite frustrating.. Any advice helps

I agree with Jacquie SK this is certainly a Weight Watchers Issue they are "protecting" their brand. I have to be honest It does not make me want to run right out and join WW or attend a meeting!
