Ok, here goes. My highest weight was 276 pounds. I'm 5'2" tall. I think I was as big around as I was tall. LOL! I have been lingering around 167 for several years. I'm ready to be in my healthy weight range! The high is 141 I believe. I'm now at 159ish and need all the help and support I can get. I start to feel too good and get relaxed at this point. This time I will NOT, I can do this!
