Over the past couple years I have become gradualy more interested in personal fitness and health. Through reading and research I have educated myself and am now in the best shape of my life. Growing up I was always over weight and became self conscience about it and decided to take action instead of making excuses. Through hard work and much dedication I have had great success. I am currently Gaining weigh to put on lean muscle and increase my athletic performance. So far, so good. I have designed a meal pland and training schedule along with supplementation and am making amazing gains.
