I grow my own
Okay I would like to know how do I pick food off the list .....when I grow my own tomatoes and can them and make my own spaghetti and pizza sauce . I do not put sugar or sweetners in the stuff I can .I grow and can my own grn beans . We raise pigs as group where I work and we butcher them ourselves. So we know what goes into our meat. The stuff you get in the grocery stuff is canned with sugar the meat is cured with sugar....so when I have to pick tomato sauce or sausage off this food list it is adding the sugar carbs and sodium that I know are not in my home grown food...
is anyone else having this issue ?
