I am so excited to get back into shape. I am looking forward to waking up with more energy and ready to play with my toddler, going dancing at night with my hubby, running on the beach in a bikini, and just seeing the tone return to my body. I have yo yoed in the past but I know that with the support of a community of people who all want the same thing- I will have the tools to succeed. I am a holistic helath practitioner, hypnotherapist, former trainer at Crunch, and holistic nutritionist- I have helped many people in the past achieve their ideal weight- now it is time to put this as a top priority so that 5, 10, 20, 30 years from now I am strong, lean, and living life fully!!

good for you! I wish I would have followed similar principles to SB while I was prego. Lean protien, veggies, healthy carbs= it sounds like the way to go!! Congrats on your pregnancy!!! You are going to do great!
