im a web developer sitting at a desk all day long.

ever since hs i was a little plump about 30 pounds over weight. to some it doesn't sound like much but for me its high.

my parents both have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. im trying to do something about my weight and my body now before i get real health problems.

about a year ago i decided that i need to lose wieght and about oct i was at 142. then the holidays came and i came close to gaining all my weight back. its been a struggle to try to get the weight off. if i lose weight one week then i gain double the weight back the next week. i try to keep my cals at 1550 and my sodium intake to 2400mg per day.

at some point i will lose weight just now sure when and how long it will take to get there.

update ---
i gained all my weight back. now i feel like i have to start over. heres to hoping that i'll be successful this time.

hey guys,
i need a buddy on here as well. im at the point to where i want to give up on the weight loss thing.

im the only one thats on a diet in my family which makes it really hard. i will try to inspire and motivate you guys as well.

gained 4.2 pounds
i gained 4.2 pounds this week. i did over eat here and there cause hey its easter weekend. although i didn't think i ate that much to gain 4.2. im about to give up on this weight loss idea and always be a fatty!!

Feeling sick after taking Womens one a day multivitamin
thanks guys. i actually started using centrum multivitamin and that seems to work perfectly.

Feeling sick after taking Womens one a day multivitamin
I take womens one a day multivitamin with food every day. Apparently, I have a sensitive stomach because an hr after I eat and take the vitamin i feel sick to my stomach to where I want to throw up.

Before I made the mistake of taking the vitamin without food and I threw it up about 10 min after taking it.

My question is do any of you take multivitamin and if so which ones work for you? I did see centrum on the market and I was wondering if that has any adverse side effects.

I only feel this sick when I take the vitamin and no im not pregnant.

Does anyone follow their heart rate?
i don't believe your wasting your time at all.

i got a heart rate monitor this past xmas and love it. before i had my heart rate monitor i was over working my heart in my cardio sessions.

currently, i do around 150 - 160'ish for my heart rate and before i was way over that. i feel better since using the heart rate monitor. i have more energy and i feel like i was able to accomplish more then i did before.

it works for me but everyone is different as well. Razz
