im a web developer sitting at a desk all day long.
ever since hs i was a little plump about 30 pounds over weight. to some it doesn't sound like much but for me its high.
my parents both have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. im trying to do something about my weight and my body now before i get real health problems.
about a year ago i decided that i need to lose wieght and about oct i was at 142. then the holidays came and i came close to gaining all my weight back. its been a struggle to try to get the weight off. if i lose weight one week then i gain double the weight back the next week. i try to keep my cals at 1550 and my sodium intake to 2400mg per day.
at some point i will lose weight just now sure when and how long it will take to get there.
i gained all my weight back. now i feel like i have to start over. heres to hoping that i'll be successful this time.
