coconut oil
I love coconut oil and I use it everyday to fry my eggs in it, and sometimes I do put in my coffee. I have never used it in my hair, but am thinking about doing that know. Is it hard to rinse out once you let it sit in and how long do you let it sit in the hair before rinsing it out.
