I'm a 37 year old mother of three, the youngest is 15 months. I never had a problem with weight, always thin and ate whatever I wanted which unfortunantly was junk. So when in the last few years I have had a real problem with my weight, it has been an eye opener. I have had to learn about healthy eating and am attempting to retrain myself to enjoy healthy foods. I also want to teach my children how to make healthy choices. South Beach works great for me. I have lost 10 pounds in the last year or so, but have lacked motivation for the last 10. I'm hoping this web page will help keep me on track.
