"Paleo" Diet
I really like the paleo thing. It has worked fairly well for me in a way. For those however who love bread and wheat it has a ton of great nutrients, check out this blog. gotta do better
In life there are two types of pain. The pain of discipline and the pain of regret. The pain of discipline is very temporary, the pain of regret has long lasting effects. I endure nearly every morning the pain of discipline when I force myself up at 6 am to work out. As soon as I am done, I feel great and the day is much better. On the days I don't force myself out of bed I am groggy and down on myself for not making the proper effort to take care of myself. Remember this when you reach for that wine glass! Work hard and you will get there.
