Near my Period huge calories intake
These are all great tips helps me prepare for my TOM(Time Of the Month) I was going to suggest looking at healthy snacking recipes but that are still sweet. I suggest making them from scratch at home during your period so it can distract you, relax you and then give you a treat in the end. That way you spend time not eating while you make it. Plus you control the amount of sugar and ingredients as well as the portion that you make. Finish it off by having some tea.

the previous weight is wrong because the scale was broken I am still happy with 2 lbs.
