Hello To All,

My name is Sabrina Timmons,33yrs and engaged to a wonderful and awesome man. I have two incredible daughters ages 13 and 10, love them uncondtionally. I had been experiencing swelling in my ankles, feeling tired,bloated headaches(lasting 24hrs+) and decided to go to the doctor. The doctor checked me for diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease but all results were fine. He just point blank looked me into my eyes and said "You need to shed some pounds, get active(3x week) and I guarantee that you will feel better but it has to be a life change not because I'm telling you, but deep down you need to consider your life to be a healthy one. That day at the office I found out that I weighed 257lbs and blood pressure was 130/84 this was a scary feeling. The whole day all I could think about was my health and that I was closer to 300lbs than 200lbs. So I talked to my god-mother because I knew she had tried the Atkins before and was very successful for three years on OWL, she advised me to get the new book(Inspiring and educational for a lifetime) and I started May 10, 2011 and have lost 10lbs. My wedding day is July 14, 2012 and my goal is to be 100lbs lighter than today(June 11, 2011.

I agree with rhondagraymo! Only right now Im exercising 5 days for about 45 minutes(35 moderate walking and 10 minutes of weight lifting with squats).

What meal / time do you consume most of your calories?
Lunch, that is because I workout around 6pm everyday.

Hello Atkin Believers,

I started here yesterday thanks to my new frien Jules. When I enter my food into the food diarym the carb count is much higher than what the item nutrition facts are listed. How can I fixed this?
