Falling Back Into Step
Awesome! I'm going through the same thing right now. Today was the first time I worked out in months. I used to do it everyday and then slacked off when I lost all my weight. It was hard starting today and I could only do about 25 minutes, but man I felt great afterwards..like I accomplished something. I'm going to try to keep it up and make exercise a part of my life again. Keep up the great work everyone!!

Recommended Daily Intake
Fatsecret says I should be eating 1900 calories a day to maintain my current weight. I'm 125 lbs, 5'2". Seriously, that is too much food. I hardly ever work out either. Anyone have any suggestions about how many calories I should be eating?? I have been trying to eat around 1300 calories a day to maintain, but sometimes I feel like i'm not eating enough. Should I eat more??
