Hi, my name is Laura. I'm a 26 year old hair dresser teacher. I live in germany. I've been a bit overweight i gess all my life. Sometimes more sometimes less. And like most I've done diffrent types of diet...had a bit of sucess but didn't pull through to a lifestyle change.
I started atkins last september (2011) cause my mom had been doing it for a while and it really worked good for her. She also showed my FS and told me that it helped her a lot. Well what can I say, she was right.
So far I've lost close to 10 kilos. I've gotten soooo many compliments..which always motivates! Sometimes it's not always easy to stay on track, but so far i've gotten back on the road to a healthier lifestyle.
At first I just wanted to lose some weight cause I had seen a picture of myself with a very chubby face, i said to myself you have got to change something. And so I did. But now I have a new reason.
I am going to get married this year. We've gots plans to go to Hawaii! So i need to look good for my wedding! And not just look good, but also to be fit, so I can enjoy the beautiful area.
