I have been overweight my entire life. I have stuggled with diets for the past 20 years. I have gone up and down. Most recently up. I have decided this is it. loose weight or shut up about it. I want to feel better, I want to look better and I need to be healthier. I have 3 children. All boys. By the grace of god none of them have weight issues (so far). My oldest is a runner and his dedication to diet and exercise is inspirational to me. He does not give into peer pressure to eat fast food/junk and he exercised everyday rain/snow/sunshine. I am tired of excuses and I am tired of being fat. 4 years ago I lost 57 pounds on LA weightloss I have gained 27 of those back it has been slowly but extremly noticable now. Last February 2013, I fell and hurt my back. I ended up with a herniated disk and was in pain most of last year. I laid/sat around a lot. NO EXCUSES!!
