Crazy workaholic pastor on staff at a large suburban church married to a newly retired ironworker. Love gardening, shopping, reading, art, and travel. Started gaining weight after quitting smoking almost 20 years ago. Have lost the same 30 pounds about 5 times now.

Am inspired by my daughters who have made great strides in their exercise and diet. One has just lost over 100 pounds (via bypass surgery and hard, hard work), the other has lost over 30 pounds with diet and exercise. Time to take better care of myself!

My most favorite hobby is food. My most comforting activity is eating. My coping mechanism is food. As you can see, time to find other ways to celebrate, compensate, and cope!
