First know your burn rate. How many calories you can eat and not gain weight. Mine was 1800, and then I budgeted myself 500 below that. So I give myself 1300 calories, and the rest I earn by exercise. I usually earned 200 more calories through exercise. Weightwontwin uses cards in increments of 100 calories. I gave myself 13 cards, and I would usually earn 2 exercise cards. On the weekends more. It's great though cuz it encourages you to make choices about what you want to eat. Most days I would be consuming 1500 calories. Some days more if I exercised more.

My husband developed this one. It's simple and it works. Count your calories and also your exercise. So far I lost about 15 pounds, but still want to shed about ten more.
