I am not going to define myself with a strict diet. I am going to learn about health and what is best for me and do this in a slow but healthy manner. I have joined a group at work to learn more about healthy, clean eating and exercize. I do not enter all of my exercize on this site. Which I will try to start doing... I like all of my information in one place! With the new program at work they have a website for calories, weight etc. We only have access to this new site for a year for free, so I will continue to use this one as well. I am not looking forward to entering everything twice. I will be talking to the program director about her thoughts, next week, at the next meeting. I was wondering if anyone here had any ideas though???
