Hey Guys! I am Ferah and I am 25 yrs old and 5'7". I live in Maine, have a wonderful boyfriend of 3 years, and am one of those people who loves life- I also tend to love to eat as well.
Food has always been a source of happiness. Whenever something good happens we celebrate with food- whenever something bad happens, i drown it in something chocolate... Im a sucker for taste and textrue, im a real foodie- too bad my metabolism cant seem to catch up!
So im over-weight and weightloss never comes easy for me... i feel like im stuck. SO here I am! I want to make friends who are on the same path...which is pretty much everyone on this website! Its time once and for all to make a change and choose a healthy life!
