my 7 weeks Diet plan starts on Dec 25, 2012 (My Own Diet, It worked with me, i'm not so sure about u),if u like to join me for spiritual support:

Breakfast:
-Warm water with half lemon squeezed in
-Fitness Cereal Honey & Almond with fresh Orange Juice or Home Made Lemonade or fresh fruit if i want to change or whole wheat cheese sandwich (I will keep it fulfilling but as light as possible)

Lunch:
-whole wheat turkey sandwich or grilled chicken with Diet Soda or Juice (or probably i will sleep and skip it)
-salad or fruit salad

Dinner:
-whole wheat turkey pepperoni with light mayo sandwich and fresh Juice or soft drink
-Salad or just eat vegetables
-Dark chocolate for desert or fruit salad

Exercising:
Planking 10-15 sec
Windmill 30 sec - rest for 10 sec
Ski Steps 30 sec - rest for 10 sec
Lunges 30 sec – rest for 10 sec
Squats 30 sec - rest for 10 sec
Split Squat + Jump 30 sec - rest for 10 sec
Push up + Jump 30 sec - rest for 10 sec
Jumping Jack 30 sec - rest for 10 sec
Mountain Climber 30 sec - rest for 10 sec
Sit ups 30 sec - rest for 10 sec
Pelvic Thrusts 30 sec - rest for 10 sec
Hula-hoop 30 sec – rest for 10 sec (or as much as u want, it is FUN, if u don’t own one just use ur imagination)

Or if ur toooo lazy to do all this, just Gangnam style for 30 min then Macarena for 15 min and Dale Maraca for another 15 and ur done with all above (TRUST ME)!
