I'm a 33 year old college student and mother. I lost 85 pounds 5 years ago which brought my weight down to the lowest it had ever been-100 lbs! I'm really short so I wore it well. I was both scared and excited. I was excited because I felt wonderful. I was scared because I didn't know how I lost the weight and I was terrified that the weight would slowly start to come back at some point. It did. I kept the weight off for 3 years, but over the last 2 years, I've gained ALL of those pounds back.
I made the commitment 3 years ago to get my weight under control. I tried EVERYTHNG! I wasn't able to stop the weight gain so eventually I became overweight again. Being a single mother is hard enough. Being a student as well puts monumental strain on my time so cooking and exercise takes a tremendous effort. But right now, I'm willing to do all that's necessary. So here goes everything!
