I'm Sue from Minnesota. I have struggled with my weight for almost 30 years, losing and gaining, trying nearly all the diets. I have high blood pressure and elevated blood sugar, and now it is a matter of health, not just vanity. I also joined the YMCA lately, but exercise alone isn't working. My skinny husband doesn't understand and so this web site is my hope for a new me.

yes, you can start the Detox phase over again, or go to it any time, or stay on it longer than 9 days. You have to do whatever it takes for you to become the weight you need to be. Keeping that daily journal on food eaten will force you to face what you are eating. Focus on yourself only, for a set time daily to record this journal. you are certainly worth a 10 minute )or longer) period of time for only yourself.
