Atkins Advantage bars, good or bad?
I have not been able to lose weight with the bars, but I bet that the bars could be acceptable for a later maintenance phase. Dr. Atkins talked about limiting carbs. After he died, his foundation came out with net carbs. Cynical me thinks the idea of net carbs is mainly to sell more products. What works for me is to count carbs, ignore net carbs, and when I stay under 20 carbs the weight loss happens fast, but by just adding a few more carbs means that the weight loss basically stops.

How to edit wrong weight and exercise entries of past days

Can't find how to edit past day entries (weight and exercise type from my IPhone or IPad..

Same problem here, although I'm on Android. Somehow I inadvertently "recorded" my starting weight at a future date.

Now FatSecret will not let me delete the wrong future entry. I can add items and correct dates for food data, but not for weight data.

It seems intentionally designed this way. In the "Restart my diet" link it says: By restarting your diet, you will reset the start date of your diet to today and will not be able to enter weight information for any prior period."

If there's no way to correct weight data, it's BEYOND DUMB -- FatSecret is a journal, not a PGA Tour score card. (And if I'm overreacting, I apologize.)
