Lets see a few things about me. I have been a yo yo dieter pretty much since my early teens. I have also been down the darker sides of dieting. I truely had to learn to love being more active. I run on the treadmill, and also around my home. During the winter it is spinning and strength training. I have dabbled in kick boxing, attempted to hang with Jillian Michaels. I typically will do 30-45min 5 to 6 days a week. I have all the knowledge and tools to be successful, but just get in the way of myself. I really wish their was a website that hooked up work out buddies in your area. I love music and am getting back into writing again. Thats a few things about me.
