Emotions of weight loss
I need to think about what my expectations were before I started the diet. Were they realistic? Were any of them realized? Being thin makes me happier with myself. People are nicer to me. But it can't make me young again, or smarter.
Another thing, starving and deprivation are depressing wouldn't you say? It certainly can make you cranky. Plus a changing body includes the brain. Things are shifting and changing.
You will adjust in time.
Finally, be glad you are finally feeling your emotions because you are not eating food to cover them up.
