Goal Weight:	117.0 lb

following: Fat Flush Plan
performance: losing 1.5 lb a week

I have to start over because my scale was way off (digital) I am a tad depressed that after all my diligence, I've lost so few pounds, but i have lost almost as many inches, so there is a visable difference.
I always was thin, but since age 50, a combination of illness, medications, and stopping smoking all contibuted to me getting huge. I am 56 with 2 grown girls, both in grad school. I have a sedentary job and lifestyle, so I have to work at getting exercise
Until fat flush no diet worked, so I am sticking with this plan, but I'm going to increase my exercise and see what happens.

Chocolate whey
CHOCOLATE WHEY- Does anyone have an unopened jar of the fat flush chocolate whey that i could purchae from them? Unikey is out right now, and i've been looking everywere with no luck! I know we're not supposed to have it everyday, but i can't do vanilla. Please let me know if you have one you can spare- or maybe you didn't like the taste of it, etc. Ot if anyone has ideas for a substitute,II'd appreciate that also. thanks!
