A little confused. I gained weight. I used to eat HORRIBLY, and now I've been watching what I eat...of course I have slip ups, but I've been going to the gym almost every day (at least 5 times a week). Running for at least 15 minutes then doing some weight training etc.
Why am I GAINING weight?

Went to the gym again last night even though I hated even thinking about it. Probably was one of the best workouts I had of the year. I ran for 25 minutes... I probably sweat 10 lbs out. Then did about an hour working these pythons.
Weird thing though, I kicked butt working out my arms, but they do not hurt at ALL today. Is this because I was doing everything wrong? Or because I had enough protein afterwards? I really hope it's the second one!
Tonight's leg day - the day of the dread..for most everybody else. I, on the other hand, LOVE leg day. BOOM!

Gymmed this morning alone. It wasn't too bad!
Then went to hang out with family and the girls were doing flips using my body and arms. I'm so strong now.

Didn't wake up early enough to get a full workout in, and I wont be off of work until the gym closes. So I went over there and ran a couple miles and then came home to shower before work. At least I got my heart rate up this morning as best as I could with the time I had.
I'm trying not to have ANY cheat days this upcoming week...if I do, it will be a weak cheat day! I was too easy on myself last week.
