Another day at this. I thought I was doing good until I ate 2 frozen burritos. Wow!!! Over 1000 calories. I will never do it again. Guess I should of ate lunch instead of skipping. I walked a little over 2 miles with two of my friends. I feel so much better now. Hopefully I walked off some of my supper. Im going to try to walk 2 miles at least 4 times a week. I think I can I think I can.

Day one and only two shots of insulin. Wow! I have done good for my first day! Can't wait to do this tomorrow.

Ok...........Here we go. I am going to be 49 in June. I heard about this site from a friend. I thought I would give it a try. I have type 2 diabetis and am on 4 shots of insulin a day plus medication. I was diagnosed diabetic at the age of 23. It has been a battle for years. I would like to get off of some of my insulin and possibly my meds. I love to walk but it is sometimes difficult due to neuropathy. I moved from the south to a dreadful Northern state. I miss my family and my friends. Things have been a little more difficult here as far as making new friends. I think it is a little depressing here in the winter also. But...my "Best Friend" is here with me every day and that is all that matters. He is my husband. I would follow him to the moon. I have 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. My grandaughter is my life! If I could be with her every day, I know I would have no problem losing weight. :) Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions for me.....I would love to hear them.I will give this a try. Thanks to the one who invented this and thanks to my friend for telling me about it. I wish the best of luck to her and everyone who reads this.
