31yrs old, single mother of a gorgeous 4yr old son who is my life!!!
I have always been the chubby girl, except for a couple years in high school, but I put that all down to puberty!!!
Have made many attempts to lose weight, and the bigger I get the more angry I get at myself for letting myself get this way.
I live in Auckland, New Zealand and I work full-time, study part-time, and I struggle with being organised with my diets and just giving in to takeout and sweet pick me ups like choccies and my other struggle is fitting in exercise because I don't have too much of it to play with.
So decided when surfing the net and coming across this website, that maybe if I share my journey with people who have the same goals in mind maybe that may motivate me, so here I am, I need to change the way I think and I need to just do it, stop starting and giving up, and I need to not only think that I am doing this for myself, but also for my son. GIVING UP IS MY WEAKNESS!!!! so my ultimate goal is to get to my goal weight!!!!

Incidental Exercise
Instead of filling a big bottle at the water filter, I get them in cups, so that I have to get up and walk to the water filter in the reception area to get a drink, this gets me up at least 5 times a day to refil.

Looking for buddies!!!
Okay I am new to this and have struggled to lose weight for few years now, and it just seems to be getting worse and worse. Have tried many different diets, but like WW but just need to stick to it and be more organised about what i eat.
So today I decided that I would do it again (WW) but on my own as I have everything that I need, and see if being part of this website will help me get some of that motivation going.
So if you want a buddy, please feel free to add me I would love to have as many people to chat with and watching over what I am doing so I don't lose focus, and will do my best to do the same for you!!!

Doing it again
Well my name is Susan from NZ, single mother of a beautiful 3yr old son, which I absolutely adore, but since having him, I have put on so much weight that I am nearly at the weight that I was when I was at full termShock Shock Shock Shock
Have been a WW member several times before, I like the idea behind it, but just can't stick to it, so here I go again, can't afford to do it through the programme, so thought I would try it on my own and use this as my support and hopefully motivator, to get going. I am only 30years old and 164cms in height and I weigh 118kgs, so not good!!! My main problem is not having the time to exercise as I work full-time, study part-time and have a practically non-existent ex. to help out with childcare, and also, I think because of this I talk myself into believeing that I just can't do anything, so hence the move to get my A into G, and fingers crossed this is just what I need.

Oh well see how this goes, if anything its about my son and wanting to be able to share some good times with him without feeling concious about my body, or even just being able to participate, which at the moment going on amusement park rides is one of those things that I can't and even if I could wouldn't go on.

well good luck to anyone reading with your diet and feel free to contact me, trying to do as much as I can to motivate myself. So if you want a buddy please feel free to add me, looking for as many friends as I can.

Ciao
Susan
