Hi, im Paula, 42 years old and married to Tony for nearly 26 years (Yes a teenage bride) i have to Children Aimee 17 and Alexander 15. i live in Buckinghamshire (Milton Keynes) England and have worked for the Local Police force (not an Officer) for 10 years.
i am following the Rosemary Conley low fat diet and since christmas i have managed to lose 2 stone but now finding it very hard to stay on track and feeling very week to temptation! Need to re-focus and hope with support from FS i will shift that last stone and maintain.

Just Joined
Hi, just joined today. Im from Buckinghamshire England and it feels i have spent half my life on a diet Sad

im 42 and married for nearly 26 years i have two children Aimee 17 and Alexander 15. Since Christmas i have managed to lose 2 stone but now finding it very hard to stay focused and worried i will undo all my hard work if i dont get back on track. so im hoping FS will get me focused again and help me shift that last stone Smile

Would love a buddy
Hi, im 42 and from Buckinghamshire England. I have lost 2 stone since christmas following the Rosemary Conley low fat diet But now finding it very hard to stay on track. i still have one more stone to go but afraid i will put back on the weight i have lost if i dont stay focused. would love a boddy from anywhere in the world who would love to chat and support each other along the way.
