Well what can I say my story is just like many others...I work full time, married and have 6 year old twins. I tend to put everyone elses needs before my own..I am finally taking the time to worry about me because if I don't their won't be anyone to worry about them...I want to get to a healthy weight. I have hypothyroidism and may be prediabetic (still awaiting results) I want to be able to play with my kids and not winded (asthma) when playing chase with my kids or getting tired to quick when I roller blade...

today was good and I did my 10 minutes streches with my 4 year old twins it was pretty funny and so cute...they saw me streching and asked if I was doing my exercises and the joined me on the floor and showed me what they do in gym class...it was relaxing and made me smileWink I will do again before I go to bed, my back stretches that I have been slacking on....Bad Grin Smile Wink

New Mom
This may seen strange but this is what I did after I had my twins...I bought two girdles one size smaller than I would normally wear. I wore it day and night for about 2 months. My mother-in-law yelled at me and insisted it should be longer, her theroy was that it holds your stomach in and helps put everything back where it is suppose to beLaughing Laughing it worked and it also helps you control how much you are eating because your stomach is constrictedWink Wink Wink may not be the solution you are looking for but it's something.

Team Point Lap Point Auto/Body Challenge
I'm not really good at this stuff but want to earn some points for our team, so hear it goesWink

The tires are like our legs....if they are damaged we can not run! I am using legs for my example because I have sciatica from lower disc herniations and when I don't take care of myself my legs don't work and just like the cars we drive if the tires aren't in good condition we aren't going anywhereExclamation This is one of the reasons I need to drop the extra weight, being 5ft when I gain weight it puts pressure on my back and causes my legs to hurt....Many people have back pain and just blow it off from the way they sleep or how they were sitting or from something they lifted...I encourage all to get checked..I injured my back was I was 18 years old from a friend jumping on me, almost 9 years later and can tell you everytime it is going to rain or snow.....it is not a fun feeling.
