Enough is enough
Well, this is my last attempt to lose wait, ive started the Alli proramme, ive done just about every diet going over the years. Im 100 kilos and would like to be 70 kilos. I always start off with good intentions and by the end of the week ive slithered down that slippery road, so here goes again. If this does nt work im enquiring about having a gastric band fitted
