Greek Yogurt
when i first tried greek yoghurt i too found it somewhat revolting haha, but actually i forced my self to eat it often, and now its one of my favourite foods, weird haha and its great for you. i always have it plain low fat style and bananas are excellent to add sliced up because they dd the sweetness you might be looking for.

veges and fish eaters, share your tips!
ahh i used to eat a lot of the quorn products but now i feel bored of them, i find it all tends to taste very samey if that makes sense. iv never tried the salmon and soy together but that does sound really nice, i usually grill it with a topping of plenty of garlic soit goes crispy, or occasionaly put pesto on it whilst it bakes.

i like greek yoghurt too, but generally dont add it to anything (maybe sometimes put a few slices of banana in there) i find it quite filling, but dont really see the point of puting too much fruit or honey in it because then it feels like its defeating the point of a healthy yoghurt

ill definitely have a goat curried vegetables and roasted ones too, i usually just boil mine haha this is why my diets so boring! thanks guys!

hi iv been vegetarian most of my life but over the last 3 years began to eat fish, whats your most healthy filling meals and snacks, as i know i find it hard to eat enough some days. i love eggs and salmon and recenty cannot get enough of courgettes! thanks!

Upping the calories seems hard!
Thanks guys its good to know that others have experienced this too I guess if I up the excercise then I can't get soo worried about calorie/carb content within reason. I have a very busy life and want to motivate myself to get up for early morning runs as that'd help. Thanks again!

Upping the calories seems hard!
When I am eating healthy I seemed to get scared of hi cal carby foods and end up not eating very much. I don't eat meat but do eat fish. I eat a lot of salad, not bread or potatoes, sometimes fish if I have money but it doesn't add up to enough calories per day. Has anyone else ever had this problem? I feel like if I start eating anything 'bad' ill just put all the weight back on straight away Sad
