Been a "nerd" for some time now. Noticed I developed a bit of a spare tire in a picture. It's funny, you'd think I would notice it in a mirror. None the less, I noticed a lack of energy and a tendency to sweat a lot during medium activity. I thought to myself that I was just out of shape. When I started to use the website, I didn't realize how "out of shape" I really was.
I don't have a specific diet such as just salads. I have a medical condition, and there are some foods that I can't eat. So my plan is to reduce the proportions of what I CAN eat and go from there. So far, I think it's working a little. Lost 5 lbs. in a week. Then again I was trying hard. Not sure what will happen in the next few weeks or months, but i'm sure the website will let me know because i'm entering everything via computer or phone to see where I will/would go wrong.
